And if only Muslims can identify the Christ correctly, then the Muslims must be able to communicate this truth to the Christians.

Therefore, the reasons you have given for Christ's second coming make either Christ or Islam or both, redundant, if they are to be taken as the main reasons.

How will the Muslim know that Christ has returned?

This is very clear for Muslims. It is one of the signs of end of times, the day of resurrection.

As to Jesus, I started thinking along those lines after meeting and travelling to so many places, then finally remembering where I come from, as in my ancestral place.
