Hi guys, I've banked with Co-op bank for around 3yrs now and have never really had major issues with them, just the usual queues and delays here and there.. But of late, say...the last 3weeks or so, i've noticed they always have 'System issues' almost daily! This means half the time ATms aren't working, you cannot do much at the counter, especially if the branch you're at is not your branch and their online system is always down! It's really inconveniencing and i think i've just about had it with them What are your thoughts on this systems issue and should we who bank at Co-op exit like yesterday as it seems this drama is far from over? Anyone with suggestions of a reliable bank, especially for sme's,that has less drama? Your thoughts will be highly appreciated Thanks Nevermind what haters say, ignore them til they fade away - Just live your life

It's frustrating when their systems fail you as a customer and they keep saying they have no clue how long it will take to stabilize.. As a business person,it's very worrying :( Nevermind what haters say, ignore them til they fade away - Just live your life

Take advantage of this moment to get to know what else is available in the market you may never know what you are missing. With so many cheap almost free accounts from the many institutions it may not cost much holding several accounts.

Not much you can do but my problem with these institutions is that they do not do enough rigorous testing(esp stress tests) before going life. Maybe its a kenyan culture.....iebc.... That, would be a real apology :) Nevermind what haters say, ignore them til they fade away - Just live your life

Coop had a system change-over and they are still struggling to sort out problems that are associated with such a process. Always operate two different banks, it helps at times like now.
