Counter the argument to enable me be informed if I am misinformed on the application of law in Kenya and avoid the sideshows as it is not a war of words but if it is a war of words,I keep off as I dont want to go that way.

This is a civil suit.If it is a criminal case,I would like to know the bond or bail terms,charges and why he does not attend court.
