Dear Wazuans;

Is there a complain channel for my delayed mototr vehicle transfer since nov 2011.

The guys i am talking to give me lots of excuses .... mara sijui system yangu iko low .... mara talk to muthoni .... mara sijui transfer bado ....

Do KRA have a complain channel for such?

Complains I don't know but use some brokers who can sort you out in a day,they are found at the parking behind Nakumatt Haile Sellasie.Even diplomats,parastatals,CEO's,Ministers etc use them.

Use the link below, they seem to respond faster, at times it could be having a query and they have written to the address provided in the transfer documents.
