I meant Safaricom is NOT as 'mature' in an 'immature' market therefore re-investment is required. Safcom has a 5-year project to build a fibre network around Nairobi. Furthermore, they need to invest in more 3G base stations as well as prepare for LTE. Data is where it is at! Greedy when others are fearful.
