Question. Now that all the profits are paid out as dividends. Where do they acquire cash for other needs. And is this A wise model?

BAT is used to giving out almost everything. Its a mature firm with no need to expand just like BBK and Stanchart.
Remember BAT has branches everywhere so its confined to Kenya.

Actually, BBK & SCBK are (almost) in the same boat. The expansion (needs) in Kenya have matured.
