Volume spikes continue with election mood still affecting locals... EABL moved an eye popping 3.1M shares (882.8M in turnover). Seems the floor is being raised to 270/- After H1 results the fwd P/E is still expensive and these huge volume buyers must be long term holders frontrunning the future earnings.

NSE20 closed @4,463.65.
$15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

We must commend the huge investment that has gone into the peace & civic education campaigns for the upcoming elections. I hail all stakeholders and from the Investor perspective, may the peace dividend have a greater multiplier effect. VOTE PEACEFULLY...WAKENYA DAIMA...

Pop said cables.HFCK and Kengen showing both huge supply and demand.As of now huge demand for cables with a supply of 200 at 13.90.My opinion,they tested the demand and want to see how badly they want it.

Kengen coming in strong today but I'm not so confident about it.Looks like a battle and the outcome is uncertain.Oh well missed that bus.HFCK looks slightly orderly.Won't mention AK.Can't wait to see how this week closes.Do or die,this time I'm all in cables.

Kengen's shaped up.Supply clearing up.Let's see if its establishing a new base.

Cables update - New direction than I've seen all year. Supply - 97,800 at 20! Next is 9000 - 16.00 & 600 - 15.90.Someone's not playing games any more.

Not without volumes for support. But I like the discount and I hope it remains depressed for a long time. If it can remain depressed up to the time hydrocarbon revenues come online the better.
