For most of us who dont bother much with checking of airtime balance' you are being robbed in the living daylight by saf'.. I jst called customer care issue being' un accounted deductions on my number' and the customer care rep tells me a service number 2150 and 2050 have been sending me messages'. Strangely i havent got no messages from the said numbers yet' it is purported i have been recieving from the same for a week now'. .. So i ask what info does the numbers above associate with' of which i was told it cannot be traced on their system...mind u i talked to three diffrent customer care reps abt the same, and they all said it doesnt show in their system... Safcon got to make them billionz' beware'
If i showed you where i live, you would think that i was hiding.

@puthykrasha your number must have been used to subscribe to something that looked genuine like a ringtone.

Safaricom is making enough money so I doubt if they would want their credibility watered down by such shenanigans

@Exetra1.. consider this, 1 million people secretly subscribed to a service they know nothing about being deducted 10/= unknowingly every single day.. I bet thats pocket change to you. Soma kijana toa shenanigans kwa ubongo yako.

For me airtel subscribed me to a CALL FORWARDING' feature. Whenever someone calls me they immediately get connected to voice mail and then I get charged for the call!
I finally managed to unsubscribe by dialling ##02 but after losing a good chunk of my airtime.
Conventional thinkers waste time building shelters when they are unnecessary and then have no shelters when they need them the most. Socionomists do the opposite.

PuthyKrasha Exe is telling you the truth.

You need call CCK and find out who the licensees for those 2 numbers are.

Someone, not necessarily yourself, subscribed your number to a premium content service. You may also have done it unknowingly.

I once clicked on a very nice looking ad for mobile games, nearly put in my phone number when prompted until I looked at the bottom of the screen and noticed that they service charged 30 bob for an sms.

The premium content services are not licensed by Safaricom so they wouldnt know. They are licensed by CCK
