With a dividend yield of over 8% @ KES 1.20. Increased demand for quality housing by a rising middle class. And finally, the launch of their current account as a source of cheap deposits in addition to their successful bond issue.. This is the only stock worth looking at right now in terms of upside potential
..in light of current price !

God bless Wazua... am up 40% since late Aug. Only exiting because I need the money, but intending to come back with a bang.

@lietmach misquoted "God bless Wazua... am up 40% since late Aug. Only exiting because I need the money, but intending to come back with a bhang."
Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.

I think this strategy will boost HF earning in the coming years. At least the share holders can have relief that the money raised in bonds are being put in the right place.

Such news affirm my confidence in this company. Any investors out there. Wanna make an almost guaranteed ( everything constant) 80% plus profit end of 2014? buy this share.

the good results
have already been factored in so buying now you are just chasing price ! and thats a very dangerous thing to do !
HF had a terrible 2012.. There will be nothing good in those results!
i keep wondering who do you think you are that you go against the market trend .the stock stock rallied over 30% for no apparent reason ????? i really do and until you answer that please deny yourself the embarrassment and whip out a chart and trade with the market ...
those results FY'12. were more than i expected !
