I am starting an investment group and therefore inviting individuals/compnies to join in.

Investment shall primarily be towards real estate/property.

The ideal group members are person(s) with an interest in investment and possess basic business smarts.

i believe that all investment groups should have unison in the kind of investment their want, level of risk etc.

For example, you are probably interested in investing in matatus while other members consider that a bad investment idea , e.t.c

So, the kind of investment should come before the simple need to invest..
