Three things to look at to know whether to buy!
1. Single digit P/E
2. Dividend yield above 5%
3. Trading below or slightly above book value..
If you see a stock that satisfies at least 2 of the three that's probably the one to buy!
p.s: cheap stocks can continue getting cheaper and vice versa! buy value “Invest in yourself. Your career is the engine of your wealth.”

I think interest rates will be rising steadily in the coming months, which will mean large money moving from stocks to bonds.
Best time to buy stocks? Simply follow the trends from 2011-2012.
