The best time to buy stocks is when they are undervalued.

Those who practiced this in late 2011 will bear me witness.
And the best time to sell is when they are overvalued.
The events from 2011 to now are a shining example of this.

FYI the new constitution gave me a Kenyan passport thanks to my proudly kikuyu mother! So you're stuck with me smile

I will be dissatisfied if Uhuru wins and will have my petition ready to challenge his presidency! If that fails we will wait 6months to watch him fail at his duties and lobby for impeachment of both him and ruto.. I don't really mind being ruled by whoever will be speaker!

Since when did following the law amount to incitement??

All this confusion is why i said the best time to buy stocks is after the dust settles!!

@267, the only way of removing the President is through parliament. I do not see this happening due to the high threshold. Vote wisely

That was the time to be really interested in buying, unfortunate or fortunately this is when most people become interested in stocks

By the way your rhetoric of we will wait for six months for him to fail in his duties, is very reminiscent of these tea party nutjobs. They wanted Obama impeached even before he was sworn in, and we all know what happened.I'm not even an Uhuru supporter but the more you talk, the more I like Uhuru, you may wanna shut it otherwise your worst nightmares will come true.

You should be asking of the best time to SELL stocks. When you see some stocks with PEs of over 20 then its time to sell.

selling stocks coz of high PE .. is that a strategy . what if they have a high PE coz they are going well....
remove the doubt and flip open a chart and stop guessing !

you see wazua have very many armchair economists who think very lowly and don't want to do the extra work of technical analysis thats hwy when somebody ask here when is the time to sell or buy stocks somebody says " 1-2 weeks after Uhuru's impeachment... " WTF ?????

If you think you are the best technical analyst on Wazua, let your analysis and charts talk for themselves smile

The most important thing 4 wanjikus(read wazuans and lets pliz stand out as reasonable)is to make a profit n put food on the table which as Martha Karua aptly put it that your tribesman wont do it 4 you. Why gamble on a presidency that elicits debate on whether or not sanctions will become a reality? Without too much of a gamble,I dont care who becomes president as long a conducive economic climate is existent after March 4th.
