Alot is being said. Ati punguza mshahara, increase their allowances bla bla. Am wondering why Mpigs should earn basic of Ksh. 555k then an allowance to 'Shit' in parliament. Why, and yet they are elected to sit in that hse. Thaz their NO.1 DUTY. Or am I missing the point?
