New CMC external auditor (Ernst & Young) raises queries over accounts. Deloitte quit in early 2012 & the new auditor came in several months later. CMC recently reported profits for 2012...

This will be one long murky saga. Will the former auditor be thrown under the bus as the drama becomes to hot to handle 'Enron style'?

If memory serves me right, CMC won't be selling JLR products starting this month.

Question. What will CMC be selling to maintain thing 'profit'?
Question. Was 'profits' announced attributable to sale of cars, or selling of unknown subsidiaries, or recovery of hidden money, or all of the above?

Goshh...! There is a very profound lesson here. It does not come to me just now; the battle has claimed a key protagonist.

When they started loosing out franchises...the heavyweights had to sit and decide...what brings them together and what drives them apart...well, its now obvious

It must have been a condition from JLR if they wanted to save their landrover dealership

Word has it that Bill Lay never used to work. His PR was zero. His confrontational style was behind JLR pullout. The shareholders are in a panic mode. Expect more changes.
