My issue with Genghis is how one has to scan the payment slip when transfering money form a chase bank account. Aren't you in the same organisation anyway?

Not every weekend because I am able to access my account most weekends but when they do carry out maintenance on the site its on the weekends so as not to interupt daily trading...

I am sorry for the lag time in getting back to you, seems like eons. We have the same directors as Chase Bank thus affiliated to Chase though different entity. We are looking into ways of making your transactions with us as seamless as possible therefore a scan or copy of the payment slip is part of our records for audit purposes (we don't have the same auditors as Chase) or compliance purposes with CMA and NSE.

Pesanane: I have an account with several brokers and one of them is Suntra Investment Bank.Last week, I wanted to make an investment, but when I searched them,I couldn't find their website.I called them and they were saying they even have "realtime" trading platform. But I had to use another investment bank(the one with a website)....in this day and age,if you don't have a website, sorry,as for me,I'll move on....

Genghis Capital Ltd: Any shortcomings?

Genghis is accused by NIC of failing to establish the identity of the person claiming to be Hilary Gabrielle Erculiani to ascertain the veracity of the identification documents presented to the broker.
The broker subsequently sold the securities, causing the investor loss. NIC Securities is seeking a refund of the shares from CDSC and Genghis.

Yikes! Very murky this esp when brokers go head-to-head with ref being part of the fight too!
