zains offer sounded too good to be true! the reality is that 70% the time you cannot add your free number - the sms say error,AND when the number is added properly you still get charged for it. upon complaints to customer care,all they tell you is its a computerised problem and they cannot do anything. c'mon Zain stop conning Kenyans,do u think we r stupid or what! if u cant give a proper offer then dont!

Are we stupid?! Mine working very well. I even got a warning today from ZAIN that if I don't top up with 100/= by 2morrow my free line will b de-registered. Ensure the no. u want to register for free calls is not in ur FnF list.

maybe zain should communicate better.
for example,how does one change the number in the free callers list?

Yenyewe after talking with all 3 of my friends who are on Zain for the past 2 weeks for free..I have nothing left to say...unless something comes up.
