I believe that Jubilee is hedging its bet in the event that Cord wins the erection.

NTV is too independent. KTN is frowned upon and KBC is and shall be the mouth piece for the siting Government.

K24 shall in the above scenario become the mouth piece from which the opposition will articulate its agenda and voice the flip side of the coin so to speak

Ponder that.

@mahegoat, you have nailed it right there. A CORD win would ironically be a curse for citizen. Its very hard for a media house to be supportive of a sitting govt. People will assume rightly or wrongly that you will censor any news that portrays the govt in bad light. The same happens with the church; think archbishop ndingi and moi and then cardinal njue and kibs.

K24 with the new presenters may capture some market share albeit very little. It requiress more than presenters to win viewers.... Programing is key and I think waruru would have been a better capture than the presenters. They need to change alot... Their accoustics is only second worst to KBC

When you have the money, your business rivals have only two choices when you come calling. To go your word or you buy them off and run them out of town.......Does someone remember Gates when he wanted a stake of a tech start-up?
