done... I hope Kayole doesnt suffer from the Jamuhuri syndrome..... there were two registers of owners..... one at City Hall the other Ministry of Lands..... the only way one got to know if he or she belonged to the right register.... was to try to develop the land..... as you need your development plan cleared by the officials.... Nothing personal.... Kila kitu kiasi...hata ujinga...

If I pay deposit and agree to clear installments in 4 months;Now should something happen and am unable to clear the balance,now will I get all money av paid earlier?When does the seller fully allowed to start using my cash? osh

no you wouldn't...... any sale agreement worth its ink on paper.... would include a clause spelling out a non-refundable deposit..... read the agreement with a magnifyng glass.... I'm the real ma.....shut your mouth

someone help on this: 1. how much i would expect to pay a valuer for some 1/4 acre plots in thika 2. how much a lawyer would charge for the transaction (selling value about 850 per plot,planning to buy two) 3. contacts of reliable valuers 4. what the transfer fee would be the transcation is bank-financed many thatnks

Most Valuer are reliable,Just check them out yellow pages n talk to any of those listed. Better still am also one of then just holla in case ur interested. Trust ua instincts.
