...hi guys Friday is here with us and I rem I owe you a story here is how it goes,late last year around Oct I met this lady in her mid 30s,decent,intelligent,responsible and caring mum to her kid (she's a single mother)...we had/have a couple of common things we can/could discuss,so as fate would have it we became "good friends".
One time while visting her place around dec she asked me if I knew someone who,d do some much needed repairs in her kitchen as she had just moved(read bought) into the apartment (nice address btw,nifty place)...I told her I knew a guy and gave her his no. for reference purposes lets call the guy HandymanS.Now HandymanS is in his late 40s but parties like he,s just turned 18,if he hangs out with his 23 yr old daughter and the friends you,d never tell the difference one guy described him this way...HandymanS looks like a frog and acts like one, smokes like a chimney,is always broke(and this is despite having had some good contractual jobs making him good money), drinks heavily and cheats repeatedly (fyi he has a wife and like 5 kids that are known to us am sure there are plenty more) at one point he was living out of his car not that he dint have a wife and a home to go too just that he used to party till the wee hrz sleep in the car change clothes in the morning mostly the shirt only and go on site.
To get back to the story,the lady finally got HandymanS to come with some fundis to do the repair,while the fundis were busy working he discovered some liquor in th pantry which he couldnt let go and by the time they were living he was as high as a kite,from the first meeting the lady openly dint like the guy coz according to her he is just too much,I told her its only a day or two and they will be done...HandymanS came for the 2nd and 3rd day but never got to finish the work as the xmass period set in he said his fundis had gone for xmass and he apologised for it...
Fast forward to earlier this year,he finally after many calls got to.finish the job,on his last day there he asked if he could buy my lady friend drinks to make up for the delay in finishing up the work,she turned down the offer,HandymanS left but he kept on textn the lady who in the meanwhile was telling me that the guy was becoming too much and is rily pissing her off...he even one day just went to her house and refused to budge until she went out with him,she agreed for a 30min date which was extended to a few hrz and to top it up the guy couldnt foot the bill,my lady friend paid and took off fuming later she called me apologising that she went against her principles,going for the date and vowed never to go for another one no matter what happens...surprise surprise a few days later they were at some place around hurlingham,then the day after and a series of hang outs followed...Am like what the hell is happening here?How can a decent lady be turned by such an oaf...I know some ladies like the rough and rugged but surely this is tooo much,she pulled a watermelon on everyone...crazy I tell you...some things just dont have answers...women are just weird.
