am selling 10 acres of land in kitengela

its about 12 km from the mainroad next to where NIST plans to build a university.

Price 280k per acre

Details needed please: Is the land subdivided into 1 acre pieces,does each piece have a legit title deed,how far from the main Namanga road,how far from Kitengela town,infrastructure je? (water,elec,access road..)..

Am interested in 2 acres BTW.
