Details needed please: Is the land subdivided into 1 acre pieces,does each piece have a legit title deed,how far from the main Namanga road,how far from Kitengela town,infrastructure je? (water,elec,access road..)..

Am interested in 2 acres BTW.

Some advice on these hungry kenyans,Just introduce an application fees of kshs 5,000/= per person now that there huge demand,or ask them to each to tender for the plots and enclose a fee of kshs 5,000/= per tender,get this from 200 applicants,spend about kes 6,000/= to write and post to them regret letters for not quaifying and remain with your plot intact! You shall have made a profit of kshs 994,000/= and still remained with you plot!!!!................
