@coolio look at it this way i have 20m in hard currency that would get me just a kawa hse in most areas...take tht mulla sink it in a long dated bond 15-30yrs paying 12% coupon per yr tht would gv 2.4m per year around 200k a month do you know what kind of hse id rent with that kind of money...not everybody would want to buy a house in the end...

@maka agreed. not everybody values property as an investment. some get money and blow it in things materials since there is no other sweet life like now! In any case what is the material difference of buying that TV at 1.8m, Luxury car at 18m and a chopper at 50+m. Kuna wengine wanazo!
