terribly wrong . . . . . . a blue chip corporate (in its CSR activity) in the fore line to mobilise and feed the hungry went ahead and chopped off from each and every single of its employee a whopping 7.5% of their gross pay to raise the kitty. employees were not consulted in this deduction project,infact they were informed after effecting the project and just in time before they received they payslips.

seems akin to raping,where there is violation to individual birth rights and definetly lacking consent.

however the company's leadership achieved its target and mileage

@gekko,

hard to tell,7.5% applies across the board,from tea gal,drivers to the snr management (exlcuding directors) who were crafting this heinous project. the salu varies depending on the cadre,its hard to get the final figure unless you access the management accountant in charge.

That is sad. But something can be done to right the wrong.
Any unauthorised deduction can always be challenged legally.
Where are the ambulance chasers.
