A point of correction, by today the exchange rate is 1Usd = Kes 86.x, thus If I were to buy your offer I would do so in USD as I would 'safe' a cool 35k. ....He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion..

Mambrui is in North Coast, the road from Malindi towards Lamu. If my memory serves me right there's alot of land disputes in the area. I wonder where one can get land large enough for a golf course there.  Conventional thinkers waste time building shelters when they are unnecessary and then have no shelters when they need them the most. Socionomists do the opposite.
