On what grounds will the share price head to those lofty heights? Double their revenues? Acquire a biz in EA? Have you checked its P/B vs the rest of the industry?

At least state some reasonable facts backing your price target.

They had profit PAT of 950M in 2011. Eps of 1.84.

Why didn't the pay a dividend? or did they??

I will give @J1Andrea the benefit of doubt.
If you bought CIC at 4/=, hurry on and dispose of the lot today. This is an average company that is way overpriced - it will only serve to make its top affiliated shareholders rich.
