Agreed...Just like they point out at the big cars, big shambas, beautiful women; big houses their neighbours acquired while they were seeking for advice!!! NKT[/quote]
all investments follow the same path you must seek advice especially where the investment opens up your risks and makes you vulnerable because your heart is involved hence compromising your brain power. Risk tolerance my friend cannot be gainsaid. a foolish investor will get the beautiful women but not the big houses

My take;
What are you waiting for,gals don't bite unless you want them to and this will most likely not take place in a coffee shop so take her for coffee, the only requirement for a coffee date is pleasant company and if company turns unpleasant you can hang around for 10 minutes and call it off.
It is what we did not do as opposed to what we did that will haunt us when time comes to leave this world.
