true,most of them are just smartly dressed conmen. if selling a vehicle,why not do it yourself online FREE just like hundreds of other kenyans. the method is slowly catching up. buyers get to contact you directly- for example you can try... www.cars.co.keor www.4x4kenya.com bY aNy MeAns NecEsSaRy.....
