I am currently held up somewhere in a very boring queue of about 20 guys and cold plastic chairs. On one side of the hall there is another door with 3 comfortable seats (i hear its called 'ya watu wa EXPRESS').

Bright people of this virtual republic, would i not be encouraging 'unfairness' in service provision by jumping into that short queue and paying 1k extra?

You mean like getting the number of the actual dealer who places my orders, thus surpassing the overworked front-office staff? And making an effort to keep the dealer 'happy'?
