Hi all,

Interesting to note that REA Vipingo's CEO Neil Cuthbert boosted his stake by 525,000 shares this past year.

See page 7 of Annual Report.

This is the second year in a row that he increased his position.

2010: 1,375,292 shares (2.29% stake)
2011: 1,821,992 shares (3.04% stake)
2012: 2,346,992 shares (3.91% stake)

CEO buys of this magnitude are a vote of confidence in the company's prospects and tend to be bullish indicators.

Moreover, Kenyan companies with heavy CEO ownership have tended to outperform the market over the long-term.
