Does Uganga/Uchawi really work? I was reading this story and was left wondering...If its really true that Uganga works, then why should the politicians even waste billions campaigning? They should just pay the mganga a few millions and sit back, wait for the announcement that they actually won!

They say a drowning man reaches out for anything, even a floating leaf.

Trust some of these politicians to do anything

A kenyan witchdoctor from Kogelo predicted Barry Soetoro's win and i guess some politicians would want to know what's in store for them too.

Watch out for those aspiring politicians who organise mega bashes at their home few weeks to the poll.
Word is that one of them filled water in a super drum (tank) and all family members from mzee boma to the infants were dipped fully in the water; the water was then used to prepare a sumptuos meal for the poor and hungry electorate.
This happened in Siaya county in 2007!

Barry was his childhood and maybe college nickname-
Quote:
his father gave him that nickname.

obama and his father are both named barack. so to distinguish himself from obama, his father gave him that nickname when he was but a baby.

and his mother continue to call him that after she and obama's father divorced.

His mum also got married to Lolo Soetoro, an indonesian, after parting ways with Obama Snr and i guess that's where the conspiracy theorists got the name Soetoro, though it's still doubtful if he ever legally adopted the Soetoro name.
