There is a company located in Karen that is doing houses using pressed hard boards or something - they have obviously given the material a sexier name. Is this the same material being used by this Zen House fellows?

I jokingly told the Karen guys that with the security situation in Kenya, it would not be a good idea to live in such a house. The thugs wouldn't even bother looking for the door. Wanaingia na ukuta. They assured me that the boards are hardened/compressed, fire proof etc. The material is from the US. They have three or four design with one even going up one floor!

I can post details of the company later if anyone is interested.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

@MaichBlack i believe if Thieves are to come and still from you, they will whatever the material ur house is built with. Here we are talking about affordability for people with low income. We cant all have houses built with stones or bricks. Maich appreciate them for the leverage they have given to middle and low income Kenyans.

The Zen house is erected on your own land wherever it is in Kenya.
This empowers you to live on an area of your own choice.

The structure is perfectly finished with complete internal wiring and
plumbing. This takes only 8/10 weeks to do it on site since much of the work
is prior done offsite.

Attached is our brochure for more information.
