Kenya is second amongst the surveyed countries and not the world. If you were to consider all the countries in the world then we could be much lower down but certainly not second last.
Just remember every publicity is good publicity (just ask RAO

This lists are generally the same. Get the list of countries by GDP per capita and I can bet it will mirror this. And offcourse they don't consider personal preferences, how many people would want to live in NewZealand or the Nordic countries, both which rank higly on this list.
