Hi Wazuans,

Am certain at some point you will agree that you were short changed by your mobile operator and felt cheated. Worse even, when you pointed it out to them they hardly refund you the difference for services not given or unwarranted. It gets extremely annoying when the same offense is repeated over and over again.

It is your right as a citizen to be provided with the services you signed up for and not fall prey of money swindling tactics. The email below can be used to launch a valid complaint against your mobile operator. Has worked for me well and I suggest you stand for your rights too.

thanks for the info. How I do prove I never subscribed for a service? For Instance I noticed my airtime been "disappearing". I followed up with the provider and I am told that I subscribed for some service on November 6th 2012. How do I prove I did not?

There are two ways you can go about it:-

(1)If your modem supports calls, you can have an app record the conversation between you and the operator.

(2)Alternatively you could use an android app to take a screen shot of an sms indicating their response to your complaint

I did so with no. 2, and I still have them to date just incase another need to complain on the same arises and so far none has.

It worked for me now I don't get any weird deductions from my account. I was called by 3 different CCK officials to verify my complaint at various times of the week of the complaint. They are indeed doing their job. It would be helpful if you actually talked from experience and not speculate.
