There are two ways you can go about it:-
(1)If your modem supports calls, you can have an app record the conversation between you and the operator.
(2)Alternatively you could use an android app to take a screen shot of an sms indicating their response to your complaint
I did so with no. 2, and I still have them to date just incase another need to complain on the same arises and so far none has.

It worked for me now I don't get any weird deductions from my account. I was called by 3 different CCK officials to verify my complaint at various times of the week of the complaint. They are indeed doing their job. It would be helpful if you actually talked from experience and not speculate.
