when they say he fired 10 officers does this mean the orders were effected without questioning the source. If he could fire does this mean he might have hired some? you mean the police don't know their bosses at least by name?

How could the guy attend a security meeting at suguta, without his 'senior coleagues' identifying him. when he rode on the chopper I believe the passengers details must have been communicated earlier? Hapa iko kitu Shame on you Shame on you

Next time iam stopped by a traffic cop i'll simply identify myself as Chief Inspector Xyzee.........

Then both of them must be genuine or otherwise!
Thats where to start,but as usual our pedestrian police force [service] will rush this guy to court and the issue ends there.
Lucky they didnt shot him as usual.
