How will this be enforced? Shut down all pombe outlets in supermarkets?
-In the first place Mututho laws have never been enforced. The pombe outlets may be closed but those who drink want to drink and are always drunk.
-And again this should be done when on the night of counting not before the polls.

People will still stock alcohol 4 days before election date, others will be buying from the back doors of bars and yes will supermarkets be forced to clear their shelves???
