Less than 2 years ago, I used to enjoy my sunday afternoons at this one shack mutura joint cum ad hoc car wash. Well, the place is now bustling with activity n a major town centre is in the offing. The fruits of infrastructure ie roads are many, case in point the Eastern bypass.

Very nice kaplace. Tempted to go to the place for kanyama choma. Beer sold at recommended prices and some play facility for the kids too.

if anyone is interested in owning a plot near there..let me know, i will hook you up with a genuine seller (No brokers involved). Its located directly opposite Mama Ngina's massive land which has an electric fence visible from the bypass..... and its prime land i tell you.....

FIO, Most of the Joints at Kamakis offer steamed meat. Go there if you wanna avoid Gout.

If i got that right then here are the answers;

The dimensions are 50*100
Distance from Thika Rd 3km,
Distance from bypass 1/2km
Soil is Murrum not black cotton.
PRICE 800k with title deed.

Note that the area is highly prime....and an already developed neighborhood....
