People were in a hurry to move in even before basic amenities were put.Rumours is there is a dispute . between NSSF and kenya power so the issue may take time Wealth is built through a relatively simple equation

Great investment but poleni for the mishaps. But you need to unite as tenants (as those occupying the houses) and force NSSF, KPLC and Nairobi Water to come together and sort you out in order to get out of this mess. good luck.
