Banks losing millions to fraudsters

Reading through today's daily nation,an advocate was charged with stealing 50 m from ekwetee and some 3 other guyz were charged with stealing 100m from coop.seems this is the new trend of robberies.any wazuan with ideas on how the crime is perpetrated?

The problem with our generation is that we want to live in Runda and have a chopper yesterday. No one wants to work hard and wait. Hence this mad rush, or rat race.

That is what just leaks to the media.The figures if you are told are mind boggling and infact can cause a run on banks hence collapse.Ask your self do you wonder which business some pple do to enable them put up multiple apartments without taking loans.You read me.

Banks rarely expose this kind of fraud.

Heard that years ago, Equity lost huge sums to some guy(Chief IT admin) who was in charge of their servers. The guy had tweaked their software such that 50 cents would be wired to his account for every transaction. Guy made enough dough, did not renew his contract, sought UK citizenship, then went AWOL.

I could be wrong.

once u exit they quickly adjust ur account.

for every transaction that happens in the banks it must be verified.for cash reserves there must be dual custodians. fraud happens when rules are relaxed,a fellow will observe keenly and then strike.This people walk freely with the loot hire a lawyer and invest the rest.

i remember sometime watching news about an old woman from shagz who wanted to commit suicide outside KENCOM after 200k disappeared from her KCB A/C.

the guy was sacked, and account frozen, he changed some columns and forgot the muhindi who made the system logs stuff in a multitude of places and so akashikwa.
it din't go well for him as far as I know
