@Kripp, Those figures are quiet overstretched. Even Uganda's Umeme loses just about 25%.
LINKKPLC loses, according to the 2012 Annual Report, are:
2006/07 = 17.9% (6 year high)
2007/08 = 16.6%
2008/09 = 16.3%
2009/10 = 16.0%
2010/11 = 16.2%
2011/12 = 17.3%
