Now, for a man, only the tip of the urethra has exposed epithelial cells (and even those have to be parted with the fingers to expose them like fish lips), probably they only get exposed proper during the act when you empty your swimmers into the valley of paradise.
Now, women on the other hand, have a whole valley of epithelial cells literally waiting for suckers to attach.
That, I understand, is the reason why a man can sleep with a woman who has mukingo and not get infected while a woman who sleeps with an infected man almost definitely gets infected! Hence the double/triple figures amongst female HIV infections compared to their male counterparts.
