We should just Follow the path of other developed countries and employ them in construction & development projects.. im thinking Tatu city, konza city, Msa road, Uhuru highway, devolution & housing sector projects etc

1.lets strengthen vocational institutions,and other middle level colleges that offer technical course.
2.Increase loan access to informal sector/jua kali by streamlining Youth fund,women fund and other poverty eradication initiatives.
i just pray that the new safaricom small loans initiative succeeds.

It all bottles down to corruption and only way to end it is become intolerant of impunity. Scandal touches you, you go home. Clear your name while you are in the cold. Yes, we might suffer a few casualties... but it will be for the greater good. See whats happening on our roads, we introduce rules and matatu mafia want to flex their muscles. Nobody should bow down to evil, Kenyans and their lives are way more important than any one person, group or otherwise.
