I really was expecting more from John Sibii Okumu's show. He had Martin Oduor-Otieno, such an interesting guest yet he didn't live up. When it ended I turned to Jeff Koinange's bench and I had no idea who the guest was but my oh my.... you can't make this up.....

BBI will solve it

Jeff was hosting a Mavuno church pastor n the mama knows her stuff. Quite encouraging to hear such reasoning from a pastor, not the kind that heaps everything on God with no human input.
JSO was such a bore,it sounded like that Samsung LED tv ad where it says "poor picture quality can be boring".
That's how it felt, boring with bad sound balance.
jeff lights up his interviews and he doesn't bog everyone with long narrations when shooting questions.
That John is not the guy i had in mind when i thought he could be a good moderator of the presidential debate.
A pale of his former self he is.

Perhaps the man 'stoked' our appetites with his 'maswali kwa wanafunzi' program, and we immediately gave him the Midas touch.

And of course that's how we also create presidential candidates. Pure fantasy and projection.

He's always been good. Actually that's one of the reasons he got the airtel challange job.
Something happened between airtel challange and last night.
Could it be "poor man's diet" as one Kimunya would say?

I thought it was just me, I rushed home to catch the show. What a disappointment.
