Matatus will go back after another 3 days or so. ...the last time Michuki called their bluff and Kenyans walked ...they started feeling the pangs of hunger themselves as no revenues were coming in and no one bothered to call them to a meeting to iron things out.

The gvt is solving the wrong problem. Laws have been there but with no one to enforce. The issue is the corrupt force.

Kimutai dude I hear owns the MOA buses.The new rules are designed to first finish off the 14 seaters...they are the ones that overlap & tout.Why would he be against that when he is the biggest beneficiary in case the 14 seater mats were eliminated?
