HYoung are civil works contractors, they do assemble towers but dont make BTS,these radio equipment made by telco vendors like Ericsson,NSN,Huawei,Alacatel-Lucent etc....

You can also check out some outfit called TKM Maestro,i gather they fabricate their own towers locally. am not sure where their offices are,but its in Kilimani area. Another possibly is the Alkan Group who had local precence some two years ago...they are originally from Egypt...enquire from their emabassy.
