@Mazingira...it is basic economics, when money is a constant, for someone to make money, someone else has to lose it.Those who made are selling to those who will lose it.It is called profit taking..#my two cents#
A successful man is not he who gets the best, it is he who makes the best from what he gets.

Oh, I hadn't seen this thread about the change. CFO in, good move.

Btw I wonder how many have noticed that bank stocks are on a slow slide since last week.

the word fully is withdrawn because it gives the wrong impression. What i mean is KCB did restructuring last year and their long serving CFO left and Joshua was brought in. Therefore he MUST be in the know of where KCB should be in the next 5 years or so!

This is succession planning at its best! My guess is that KCB knew that MOO was leaving a while back and that prompted the headhunting/poaching for a new CEO... (Bamburi's loss)

This also explains why he was hired from outside at a time when they were downsizing!!

All my worries about MOO leaving are now out the window! Applause

Chill out at around 56-60. for somebody who has been active like MOO that is courting death; heart attack etc. He must be heading somewhere, the Obath style.

A very bold move by the board that could be a stroke of genius or a bad gamble.

A very exciting appointment in my opinion which should lead the ushering in of new blood in the kenya corporate sector.

Congrats Mr Oigara, make the 8-4-4 generation proud.
