Nyakinyua murera plot

I would like to buy a plot (50 by 100)owned by a member of nyakinyua on the land they own behind GSU Ruiru (i.e further back above the tarmack road-the place is known as Murera)not the Toll ones near Thika Rd.Do these ones have issues.A few people have built there.The place is a paradise-dams,soil etc.Please advice Wazuans.d'oh! d'oh!

if you mean the ones next to the mabati catholic church near the dam at the gsu tank,then hizo ziko na issues and you should carry out a due diligence exercise,ask why no one has ever been able to build.but the other ones further south near kabogo's place are ok.

You could also check on Ruiru Githunguri road behind Ruiru police station whilst u there u are able to view the nyakinyua land from the hill and cross the river towards murera. you can check with Mhasibu if their members have any left 100 x 100.

The plot is 50 by 100 in murera kimbo selling at 4,000,000 kenya shilling.its adjacent to NIBS ruiru campus few meters from thika superhighway.call 0721318202 for viewing seriuos clients only.kshs 4,000,000
