As usual, the marketing guys at Zain are fast asleep. How does it work? Zain have superior products as compared to scon, but their marketing is awful. Sample this, when scon announced the supa ongea tariff, full details were on their website minutes after the announcement.

@cxz,your link tells us what we heard that Gabriel guy say on TV yesterday. What I'm interested in is - How do I link my bank account to my Zap account? How much will I pay to move funds from my account to Zap? Does my bank (I&M) know about this Zap deal or will they stare at me when I ask them?
By the way @cxz,if you work for Zain, tell them to put bigger signs at their Zap agents, not those tiny sim card-like signs. I can see an Mpesa agent a mile off,but I need a magnifying glass to locate a Zap agent.

@GG,i'm just a dissatisfied customer like you. You observations are same as mine. I'm totally clueless on how the international transfer service is supposed to operate. Maybe you should try calling customer care for more details but my guess is that they are more clueless than i am

@vvs,if it is the guy who wears colorful suspenders, shiny shoulder-padded suits and permanently slicked-back hair then that's me. My ensemble was assembled by Alan Flusser,my trouser braces are manufactured by Albert Thurston Ltd. The blue braces with singular white stripe are Eton College colours - my alma mater. The iconic shirt is hand-crafted by master shirtmaker,Mel Gambert. And yes,the red Lamborghini is mine.

@GG,check today's (25-09-2009) daily nation page 17. The details are there
