In many occassions we have castigated this guy because of how talks and defends the power that be,every time i think of this gentleman i admire the zeal with which he takes his job. If we had a few government officials like him i think we could achieve alot of things in this country. When MPIGS sit down to eat CDF mutua is busy offering unemployed guys work in COBRA SQUAD,when he was launching nairobi beautification it was said that he took PS's,and some government officials to dubai to see how things are done hence cleaning up the JKIA Nairobi, work on mombasa during the world athletics meeting and now whats happening in Nairobi. Is it posible that with his work we will see Nairobi as other big cities in the world?

after councillors n their companies made a kill planting shrubs, now they-led by Mutua realise that shorter species are more suited on highway islands...then stones...then God knows what wil be next,Landscaping should be done by landscape architects period!
Kazi kwa vijana should be doing Geothermal works to end these blackouts...

less is more for Architects only!!

@ Feish,How can you refer to someone who knowingly tells lies and quarter truths on national and international TV as a gentleman?

That landscaping project is a gaff!!!!. Let it be done by professionals like artists or landscape architects. You see Nairobi city is an old city and will be older each passing year. We need landscaping that will remain a landmark in tens of decades to come. For instance,5th avenue in New York has had it's characteristic landscaping for years on end, same to trasteverre in Rome,Kenyatta Avenue in Nairobi,Maroltingerstrasse in Vienna and almost every other country led by sensible people.

This flip flop landscaping is only done to generate contracts for companies, most of which have established been built using stolen funds...

Why is a spokesperson involved in landscaping anyway???

As a Bird Lover,i just wonder where the white-ash-shitting Storks will be Perching now that their abodes have been replaced by rock pavements..more IDPs i guess..

The other Obvious thing that will come next after Mutua is thro with the Rockplanting, another Contractor will Zero in with earth movers and excavate everything in readiness for Road Expansion to a 12-Lane-2030 Vision

Mukiha Next time yu pass along mombasa rd. watchout these Birds could just land on yua Kihara-head and with their Acid emissions from the rear, things could just be bad..on one evening they once splattered my Sedan Hood with the Hot ash and since it wast cleaned 10 hrs later,i had to take the Marc for a Paint & Facial..6k went !

Mutua is back with his 'najivunia kuwa mkenya campaigns' in every space available from TV to newspapers. All this madness when there's no water,no electricity,no security,no food and no jobs. What a genius!

Those stones/pebbles on the road near Nyayo Stadium will just be used as missles when there a big football match or to hit windscreen as you drive along at night.

This Govt parrot is indeed a genius. He even has the guts to stray away from his docket and take his kimbelembele to jobs that concern city council's and metropolitan dept.
