tinker,you don't need a seasoned lawyer,you need someone who knows people in Sheria house and money to facilitate the process.I have a few contacts there.

I long for the day when you will not need to know anyone at Sheria hse to register a business. Happened to getting a passport at Nyayo hse.. that change is required at sheria hse.
Our biggest problem as Kenyans is that we want things pap! Go and get the business in 1 day will obviously require facilitation.
